Delicious pizza, sincere owner. Owner patiently explained the ingredients to me and took the time to understand my dietary preferences. Even helped me to get a cab when I needed one. Pleasant experience!! Pizza and tiramisu did not disappoint. Would have loved to go again but they only open from 7-10pm :(
You'd easily walk past this place, it's a small pizza takeaway with a few seats like hundreds of others around here, but you'd miss out on the amazingly good 48hr sourdough pizzas with local ingredients (mine was some kind of sheep sausage and blue cheese) and the fridge with Sardinian craft beer!
They have a bigger place about 5km away with beer on tap but that's not happening this time, so I made do with this and really glad I did!
Guy serving was chatty and knew about the beers and where they were from plus recommended a great pizza, very happy all round with Grains!

Owner was so friendly and patiently explained the different pizzas and what beers to pair with (he was absolutely right with the choices) - great service, an amazing and interesting selection of local ingredients, a very different experience to “just pizza”, make sure to drop by with expectation of a small wait - queue moves fast and they will accommodate you as quickly as possible .
Tasty vegan pizza but more of a small ToGo Shop than a restaurant.
I got the Pedringia and could watch them making it fresh. The sugo was very fruity but not a lot of toppings. Otherwise it was a good pizza.
The experience was not that nice, since I thought it is a restaurant to sit and eat there. But I got it all to go and the waiter did not understand english. But since it is a clean place with even 4 vegan pizzas I can still recommend it :)
Yesterday, on our first evening in Cagliari, we went to Pizzeria Grains for dinner. Good pizza and beer, excellent and attentive staff, very friendly.
They call themselves "pizza nerds" and the results are clear: absolutely fantastic pizza. Without doubt one of the best vegan pizzas I've ever had. We each had the vegan pizza with potato, mushroom and local vegan cheese, one with normal base, one with black grain base. Both were outstanding. And the service was excellent. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
Very kind owner and great hospitality. Really takes time to walk you through the options and the specials. He works with quality ingredients and sources from artisanal cheese makers. The dough is expectational! Whole grain, spread and cooked to perfection. You can tell it's made with love. Very modestly priced compared to other options and a bite not to miss. Nothing fancy, just pure authenticity. No wonder they have one so many awards
Genuinely delicious authentic Pizza. The ingredients are fresh and so tasty! Definately reccomend making the trip here. Friendly service also!
